Some good and some bad, and the assessment of which is which is likely going to vary from GM to GM. One thing that is interesting about this is that it takes the role of "Combat Monster" out of the exclusive sphere of the physical classes somewhat. The Smart Hero Gets the Brains over Brawn tree, the Dedicated Hero gets the Dedicated Warrior and Hated Enemy trees, and the Charismatic Hero Gets the Flashy Fighter and Heroic Deeds trees. Some of this stuff is inspiring, some of it is downright scary. One thing is certain, though.
