The presentation is horrible. This book badly needs a print-friendly version. Print friendly does NOT mean grayscale rendering of the colour book (which anyone can do in the printer settings).
The B&W version that comes with the purchase just looks like dark ugly blotches are around the edge of the page which needlessly consume toner and drive up home-printing costs.
The tables are even worse. Ugly imitation of hand-drawn lines topped by an Illegible blotch which is just ugly as sin in B&W.
Maybe but there's a good system in here, but I'll never know. Nothing about the presentation makes me want to take the time to read it. I start.. and then just get so turned off I have to stop.
