Everything a GM wants in a city/base, all info, no waste, for a tenth the price of similar shiny, splashy but much less flexible such sourcebooks that I see available. Buy it, you just cannot be disappointed, unless you aren't the type of GM or have players that don't care about details and specifics of a great, fully fleshed out home base.
