This the english translation of the First French Edition. A quite old version, but the only one accesible in English. In comparision the Original game renewed itself a many time. But the principle and the world are still great, if you like occultism. And I recommend to use the previous incarnation periods for great campaigns.

I took it as an alternative to D&D, and was very happy with the rule set, and the quality. It solved most of the heavyness, rolls are quick and meaningfull, advancements are fun, and it was easy to plan online. I recommend.
