The first paper model I've ever made, and very impressive too. I made two copies of the support sheet, which has given me a solid model, being as these are in black and white it's well worth it. Being in Europe I sized it down to 95% for 28mm, and even this may be a tad too large for some historical gamers tastes. Have no grumbles at all with this Except one..... After this I bought 3 or 4 more, all at the fabulous price of 95 cents......... The next time I logged on to buy others the price had shot up to 3.95bucks for some, 1.95 for others........ Pity I hadn't ordered all the stuff I fancied in the first order. But even at four dollars each they are great value

All of the Dave Graffam Models are excellent. I'm on a mission to buy all of them (and I'm already pretty far down that road). For anyone new to paper modelling, you should understand that you are mainly purchasing art. And in the case of these products: really excellent art! It is up to you to how you use that art. With creative usage you can make all manner of buildings, especially if you mix and match across products. Personally, I prefer models that have a realistic style. I don't much care for a cartoonish or amatuerish look. Which is why I think that Dave Graffam Models are amongst the best you will find anywhere. Highly Recommend!

One word describes this model "beautiful". The almost golden colour of the timber framing and roof make this building stand out from the rest of the town or village you place it in. The fine scroll detailing lifts it even further. The fact this building is not obviously an Apothecary, only adds to its usefulness. The annex can be a little tricky, as can the wall dormers, but the model still comes together very easily. As with the Asylum, I would recommend basing on heavy card. Highly recommended.

This is a nice and effective model that might also pass as a inn or pub. Requires a little care when glueing the annex to make sure everything stays aligned but still it's quite easy to build.

A nice little building kit of a 2-story medieval-style structure. The details and shading are particularly good. Includes instructions for printing the pieces to other scales (25mm, 15mm, HO, N, Z, etc.). Now your adventurers can pop in to find a cure for any ailments they've been suffering from, like Rot Grubs, Beholder Eye, Vrock's Pox, or the Dread Itch of Vecna. (Please consult your cleric to see if any of these treatments are right for you.)
