I found this mill to be too small. And the construction method was too complicated for what it is.

I gave up and never finished it.

Directions were a bit difficult on some sections. End product was worth the time to make it.

Nice model and good artwork. Somewhat of a challenge for me due to the way the model is constructed. I personally don't care for models that have two-part walls; one base wall that is connected to a 'floor form' and folds 'up' and one wall that is already attached to the roof. Could never make that work. So I simply separated the wall-to-roof sections and made a single wall section. I then built the structure and affixed the somewhat odd-shaped roof to it. The result was a seamless structure.

The waterwheel, itself was easy enough as long as you have the patience to cut all of the inserts out.

Recommended to those with some skill and patience.

The texturing of this model is gorgeous! The paper engineering is also well done and not difficult to assemble. It is well worth the priceand besides its use in a game, this model is just great to look at ... I built one for game use and another to place on a weighted wood base to sit on my desk.

The artwork for this product is wonderful, and it's not too difficult to put together. The designers have added significant value by providing alternate versions of some components so that you can customize the model. Most notably, you can use a plain stone tower, or choose the alternate version, covered with ivy. U.S. customers like me may have a hard time finding A4 cardstock to print on, and some customers may find the price just a little high for a model that's likely to see limited use. After all, how many old watermills can you feature in your game? Other than that, the product is fantastic.
