I didn't catch the name of whoever recorded this podcast but he seriously needs to SLOW DOWN and maybe review his podcast before he posts them. It sounds like he's racing against his own nerves. Not to be rude or to make a dig against this guy (I'm sure he's very nice) but he's not particularly articulate nor does he sound particularly relaxed.

Thanks for the comments! I naturally speak quickly, and I've intentionally made these podcasts to be unscripted and raw, rather than a polished podcast -- they're meant to be more audio blog than radio show. I know the speed of my speech turns some people off, and I've tried to slow down, but sadly I think it'll always be a problem. Sorry it bothered you!
