Fat Dragon Games put out the YouTube tutorials that helped me assemble my Ender3 (my first 3d printer) and continue to help me meaintain and troubleshoot it. Unsurprisingly, their products are also very beginner-friendly, and they produce some of the easiest-to-print terrain there is. This set in particular was a source of great enjoyment, featuring supportless models that assemble easily with no glue needed. I've printed the gatehouse and a few outer wall sections, and it makes for a fabulous setpiece for any pseudo-European medieval fantasy RPG or wargame.

This is just what it looks like: Goblins with some real teeth. Singing goblins who rank in amongst the bassiest voices. I've wanted figures in this style for decades, and this is the first time I've been able to get them. If you follow the tutorials from the publisher's YouTube channel, it's possible to get a professional-looking print with a budget FDM printer. The only thing I had trouble with was the axe, which would definitely look better if printed by a more skilled, better-equipped 3d printer. The models are cleverly designed (again, with the exception of the axe) to minimize "bottom layer" surfaces which tend to be lower resolution, and those which are there I was able to sand to look smoother than some of the Hero Forge prints I've ordered professionally. I can't stress how delighted I am with this set.

A great bundle, owning both of these great PDQ games makes it easy to mix-and-match them to create your own ideal game.

This is THE game for action fantasy using the Fate system. There's enough material here to run everything up from the classic "1st level adventurer" up to demi-god emperors of inter-planar empires. The character flexibility is very high, so if you can represent nearly any fantasy character you can imagine. This is a game where that's actually true! The only downsides are the lack of clarity regarding starting equipment, and some confusion as to how to represent non-living creatures like construct's lack of need to breath/immunity to poison/etc. These problems are all easily house-ruled or hand-waved, and should not discourage you from picking up such a fun game. Great rules for creating your own fantasy world together as a gaming group, from the characters to the organizations to the very land itself.

An interesting concept, but it doesn't go into enough depth to be of any real use. Anyone familiar enough with the tropes being invoked here to be interested could very easily have written the books themselves, and the presentation is fairly poor as well. This would have made more sense as a free supplement to promote a meatier product.
