Neat, eclectic collection of setting info/tidbits for the creator's far north setting. Not a lot of info about any one item, but a little info about a lot of topics. Worth a buy for sure...

Affordable (very!), different (setting/tone-wise) yet easily grokked, perfect for a one-shot session. This needs to be in every GM's backpack.

I was looking for a few drop-in encounters to provide some connective tissue between adventures from the Saltmarsh adventure book, and ended up blown away by the volume and quality of these encounters (many of which will form entire adventures in and of themselves). There is more content here than I'll ever get to use, and the author also makes frequent use of skill challenges (remember those?) but in a way that makes sense for 5e. If your next campaign is going anywhere near an ocean or a ship, then use this to supplement that game. Also--several quality maps are included, which I totally wasn't expecting. Big recommend!
