One of the few sets of games to take a look at romance.
Simple to run without any prep, but a surprising amount of actual mechanics. All games have variations so you can play with more or fewer players, but they were created with a specific number of players in mind.
The book has detailed rules, but also quick rule sheets in the back to run at the table, which is very convenient. A detailed Index and Contents section to easily find any information you need. The book itself is also easy to read with many examples to help you understand.
The three games range from "will they/won't they" about a couple on 3 dates for 2 players, "two suitors competing for a driven beloved" for 3 players and a LARP for a variable number of players where you explore what happens to old relationships when new Flames test your boundaries. I've read all of them and played Shooting the Moon, which I really enjoyed.
I originally bought this to play with people who were not familiar with roleplaying and not interested in traditional fantasy games. I am not sure these games work best for people without experience in roleplaying. I actually played them with a regular group who was able to understand the rules during play with no prep or reading ahead of time and enjoyed the story we told.
