I've picked up many other 5e adaptations for modern play and this one is truly a standout. A well written book with incredible art and solid mechanics. We haven't actually played yet but I'm looking forward to running an adventure using this wonderful book. Thanks Evil Genius!

This is a wonderful collection of characters, organizations, events, and items that serve as perfect story seeds for your occult or magic-focused modern game. There are a lot of mentions of soul jars and other terms that feel like it may have originally been written for a particular game. But that doesn't detract from its usability for any system. Each entry includes a story hook idea, easily adjustable for use in your own campaign.

The only complaint I have is that the bookmarks are a mess - all collected under one letter, some missing, some in the wrong places. But that's a minor editing issue. The content itself is great! Thank you!

This automated PDF character sheet is brilliant! I have used a lot of PDFs, both for work and play, and I've never seen one as advanced as this one. This sheet automatically contains everything you need to quickly and easily create a D&D 5e character without having to get out every single book you own, and open 10 different documents online, in order to see all your options. I've always enjoyed creating characters, and this sheet makes even better!

CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS SHEET ENOUGH. Really, the author should be charging for this, because it is ridiculously good. So if you get it for free, and you like it, you really need to come back and buy it so that the author gets a few bucks. He has obviously put a huge amount of work into this PDF, and he continues to upgrade and update it as needed.

If you play D&D, you want this character builder. 'Nuff said.

We decided to run a quick one-shot at the house on a slow Saturday night, so I picked up this adventure. I've only DMed a few times, but from my inexperienced viewpoint, this was a fun little adventure. I only had 2 in my party, so it was a little tough in parts for them, but overall good.

The author is not kidding when he says this adventure is more about knowledge than loot - you will need to add some treasure for most groups. But I really liked the flavor of the Library, and the puzzles were interesting and unique. Would be a great addition to an existing campaign.
