The Well of Bones

As someone who is time poor and always looking for adventures to convert over to Forbidden Lands, I often struggle to find adventures that don’t need a lot of work to convert. The Well of Bones , the first adventure from Rookery Publications, is a real system neutral adventure that only requires your game world stats to be added before you can get exploring.

The writers give you an overview of the NPCs, letting you know the quirks and more importantly a “you’ll never guess” section which helps flesh out the characters and if the PCs ask awkward questions you have something to reply with.

The writing and art is really good and evokes such a great atmosphere of a location that almost demands to be explored and experienced. They give you the how and why of the location then they give you 6 great plot hooks to get the PCs involved.

If like me you always scan a map for the privy, then fear not this module delivers

Well done to the whole team behind this module, I can’t wait to see what adventures they come up with next

Journey To Ragnarok - The Rune Thief: 1.Blood Stained Snow

hello

quick review of the Rune Thief - BUY IT

longer review of the Rune Thief...

After playing the Grey Wanderer (TGW) and having a blast playing it, I felt a bit underwhelmed with how much I would need to do with the levels 1-7 for full campaign of Journey to Ragnarok to make it awesome.

My players reported how great the Grey Wanderer was and I was concerned that I would have to work quite hard not to let them down.

Fear not the Rune Thief is impressive and everything I loved about TGW is here and our Journey to Ragnarok shall start later this year!

This is part 1 of 9 and is a tight Norse soaked adventure in which gives a great adventure experience for the world that has been richly created by Andrea, Michele and co.

I will be ready on the 1st of each month anxiously waiting for each part..

Well done everyone involved with it

This is a great beginning adventure path, the adventure has good structure and the travelling sections are handled incredibly well.

No matter whether you are new to DMing or not you, will be able to get going and provide a fun few sessions of classic Gaming

I am looking forward to seeing the rest of this journey. Small amount of envy towards the play testers as they get first hands on what looks like being one of the great 5e products!
