This is absolutely a gem of a product! Having a design process for nearly all weapons, vehicles, gadgets, creatures and yes, civilizations for EABA is priceless. Tons and tons of details but with great flexibility and an extremely easy process. This is easily the best supplement to the core EABA rules. Do not miss out!
