This is a great resource for a very specific type of game. If you have a game where there's a seige or a war, this has some great, very powerful spells for it. However, for most regular campaigns, I think it's a bit overpowered or the spells will take too long to cast. So, very useful for a very specific type of game, but in general, I'm not certain how much use it will be.
