Like its companion book Dregs, Cups of Clearwine gives us a view into a slice of Clearwine life, allbeit a nicer area of the Fort!

Presented with the same care and attention to detail, Cups immerses us into a little corner of the town, with its people (who all have their own hopes, fears and desires) events and day to day life.

I find this book invauable when running games in Clearwine! You will too.

All of the people are beautifully illustrated and the map of the area has rooftop and footprint versions. No need to try to come up with a map on your own!

Well, Dregs of Clearwine can help you with this! This excellent source book is packed with information about the less desirable area of Clearwine. It contains all of the people, areas and events in a slum corner of the great fort! With plenty of scenario hooks and lots of color, I would say this is a must have to flesh out your visits to the town.

One of the best things about Glorantha, in my opinion, is the depth of detail and personal feel of the world. Dregs falls perfectly into this!

First, the quality of the physical copy is great. It is a soft cover, but glossy. Very professional.

With that out of the way, let me start by saying this scenario is a fantastic way to get players beginning to experience the myth and magic of Glorantha. It is set during a very important time in the history of Dragon Pass and Sartar in particular.

We have the characters getting involved in epic and Honor (LOTS of Honor passions in Sartar!) bound challenges to the advancing Lunar army.

We have mysticism, Heroes from the depths of HeroQuesting, braggarts, cowards and even summoned Lunar demons! Couple that with political intrigue and assassination attempts and you have yourself a wonderful story, well told.

It is wonderfully written with excellent advice for GMs. It is also humorous in places and I find that my players enjoy humor in sessions, especially if things are getting a little tense!

I do not hesitate to recommend The Duel at Dangerford. You should buy it now!
