Holy smokes! The amount of effort and work to put all this together, this makes life so much easier for everyone, players, GMs you name it. Get this and help automate even things you didn't know could be automated. I can't stress enough how useful this is, with or without Equipped Effects EXT for FGU.

The 5e Automatic Effects Series is very well-organized and very well-written. It works amazingly with Silent Ruin's Equipped Effects extension (which I also highly recommend). This automates the effects of spells and magic items and a whole lot more, organizing the information not only on the character sheet but in the combat tracker. This really makes a lot of things easier, and the way it works makes using FGU so much easier. I have the entire series and I honestly recommend the whole bundle.

This is a fantastic addition to FGU. As a DM this series of modules makes my life so much easier and the DMG version is a great place to start. I have all of them. Wow!

The author wasn't kidding when he saidover 400 effects! There's nothing worse than a player finding a nice shiny awesome new magical item but then only have a description that tells what it should do, but Fantasy Grounds doesn't actually do it for you. It's all of the thoughts on details and putting things at your fingertips that help this module shine. With the recent release of lighting in the most recent Fantasy Grounds update, it was a pleasure to see that the lighting effects were already added to the items that should have it! I didn't have to wait weeks for it be added, as the the author already planned ahead based on early development releases. I don't know how often big changes like that are coming, but it feels the author was just trying to make the best product possible and it shows. Definitely recommend picking this up for your group, you won't regret it.

Excelent tool kit for the Dungeon Master Guide effects, especially when combined with the full suite. It automates everything and is much easier to use and cheaper compared to other options.

My review here will be similar to my review about Automatic Effects - Players Handbook. Everything stated there applies to this as well because the products work together perfectly. Automatic Effects does everything as advertised for a great price. As it is built to work with SilentRuin's Equipped Effects extension, I have only used it with that enabled, and watching it work is like magic. Speaking of magic, as the DMG handles magic items, I'll comment on those here. The amount of work that went into coding all of the magic items is absolutely astounding. Once you familiarize yourself with the notation for the items, it's so easy to throw them at your players without having to worry about making sure rolls are updated to the proper numbers and everything else that comes with them. It's as easy as drag and drop, identify, and forget. The players are then able to manage all of the effects for themselves and are even able to unequip the items and have the effects automatically taken away(note) (this works wonders for middle of the night combats with no armor evil grin ). I built a custom random magic items table just to give them out more frequently because they are so much fun to play with. I'll probably regret it in a few levels, but nothing some anti-magic fields can't fix right? I am looking forward to the future updates for this product and can't wait for the next few books to be released.

--(note) The fully automated loading/unloading of effects is tied to SilentRuin's Equipped Effects Extension so the fully automated stuff is a result of that, but can still be quite easily managed on your own without it as you just need to drag in the pre-built effect for it to work.

Delivers everything it promises, and more... Can't wait till Xanathar's, Tasha's, and hopefully a menagerie / compilation of features and coding for Volo's Mordenkainen's MM, and the few other odds and bits in one collection.
