A great idea but needs more work. The poorly written abilities tell me they need more playtesting and paying customers shouldn't be your playtesters. Having never bought any Daylight Publican products I now have a feel for their thoroughness and quality standards.
"Shapeshifting: The creature can use its action to polymorph
into a beast of CR 1 or lower for 1 minute." The way it is written, the Archon grants a permanent shapeshifting ability with the polymorph only lasting one minute. Or it can be interpreted as you can polymorph to your heart's content for one minute, at the end of which you are stuck in that form.
"Showstopper: An affected creature can’t take reactions and
must roll a d10 at the start of each of its turns to determine its behavior for that turn." This is a super interesting ability except the effects break each other. A roll of 10-12 (on a d10) according to the table gives the charm condition. Another gives the frightened condition. Two cause damage. "I love you! Wait I'm scared of you too! Ouch, you hurt me, I don't like you anymore!" I am all for randomness and chaos but not the point of schizophrenia.
This is a clever jumping off product but is going to require the GM to do a lot of clean up of their own.
