This is the best Star Trek game to date....the artwork and layout of the books alone is worth the buy !!

This game captures the feeling of Star trek !!

The online support is amazing, there is also a free character generator on their homepage, a real boost for the struggeling GM !!

Cyberpunk Red is now one of my favorite RPG's !!! I always liked 2020 but alas it did not age well :-(

Cberpunk Red is everything we have been waiting for and more !!

An easy an intuitive rulesystem ( opposed test or roll against Target number ...DONE !!), intelligent worldbuilding ( a good explaination why you have high tech and low life at the same time...and no it's not just plot armour) and finally so much flair !!

In most RPG's you just generate stats, in cyberpunk Red you generate a backround for your character, their dreams, their nightmares, friends, enemies, even (ex)lovers.

With shadowrun I would often struggle to GM, here I have more plot ideas than I can use simultaniously !!!

It is also much, much more rules lite and WAY EASIER to GM than Shadowrun.

Keep up the great work !!

I was brougth to this game via the atomic rockets website, where it was recommend do to its realism. It does not disapoint, the science part is well thought out. Mr Tabor goes to great lengths to describe the setting and give good tips on how to roleplay and GM sci Fi Horror. Many of his tips have helped me with GMing Shadowrun and Cthulhu, so thumbs up. I have used the short story elements as hooks for RPG adventures and it worked well.

He even includes rules for D10 dice in case you do not like playing with cards !!

My only two small complaints are:

1. There is no monster list/ creature generator in the main book, this would make writing your own adventures easier.
2. I find the subcultures a bit strange...personally I would have stuck to traditional big government and big Corporate Backrounds...but hey thats just me
