This is really great stuff. As a whole Scarn (The Scarred Lands) ranks as some of the best stuff produced as a campaign world. While written for 3.0. It is still a very workable system/world. I love it!

Good book. Excellent background. Can give it to players and there are no spoilers. Sadly pages 22 to 27 of the original book are missing. Two stars for now. 4 when all the pages are in. Come on guys- how hard is it to make sure all the pages are there?
