I greatly enjoy Endzeitgeist's reviews, but find the review philosophy from tenfootpole.org (Bryce Lynch) gels with me, so this full review will be based more on the latter with a nod of appreciation to both luminaries...
Probably one of the best military simulation games out there, although may be challenging for new players used to other d20 systems and the rulebook is desperately in need of some organisation as the layout can be confusing.
