Circles mechanic from M-Space is something I read through but it didn't really click the first time. Circles of Steel gives great examples of actual, living organizations that are modeled with the system. This kind of extra stuff is why I like Frostbyte Books as a publisher.

So far so good. Excellent work. Plan to work this into my rules as I develop my conversion of an old Advanture I wrote for Traveller use back in the 80's. Now converting it to M-Space.
