This supplement is what I would call a logical extension of the main game. It adds more trademarks, more advantages and flaws and expands the possibilities for human characters in fully robotic bodies. It also provides us with a more fleshed out adventure, which is welcome.

The art is also really cool. It really plays well with the 'Neon' part of the title and the printed book looks awesome.

However, the book is on the short side, at only 23 pages, and a bit costy for what it adds. I feel it could easily be integrated within the core rules without much trouble.

Overall, I really like what I got, but I wish there was more.

More candy for the excellent core game, this supplement focus on the various options you have when you have a Ghost Chip. There is also some more job tables to get the creative juices flowing and some notes of vehicles and chase scenes.
