This is an ideal tool for worldbuilding at almost any scale. Wanna strarting village, and want to klnow what trades/services are avalibe? It's got you covered. Want a new content, it's got you covered. Want to start a whole new world from scratch? It's got you covered. It is the rare 2e product that has largey stood the test of time.

That said it is a little dated, and a few of it's charts could uses an update. But even with these quibbels, I'd still put this up next to any other world building book you could name.

Like the last two offerings this excelent codex of NPCs gives a nice selection of potental allies, and foes.

This codex creates a nice range of potental allies, and foes drawn from the Warpriest Hybrid class.

The odd levels NPCs stick to more standard builds, with the even leveled NPCs being more unusual. The occasinal use of Acrtypes is nice, and the sensable use of races from the Advanced Race Guide makes for some of the more interesting builds.

This is a solid set of Tools for players, and GM's. System neutral, but leaning heavily toward OSR. It builds on, and vastly improves upon the downtime rules from 5e. As well as adding a few twists of it's creaters devising.

That said, there are a few errors. I also feel the Profesinoal income section needed expansion.

I can safely recomend this book to others.
