I have been a fan of Deadlands for a long time. This edition brings the iconic setting to SWADE, making a few changes in mechanics and highlighting the iconic moments that make Deadlands a wonderful setting to set adventures in. It seems this book strikes the perfect balance. It offers new players and GMs a chance to hop in without the need to know the huge amount of lore that came before while remaining interesting and fresh for long time fans.

I like the format of these pregens. Cool background graphics, great art. The option to use them as larger one sided sheets or double sided cards. Awesome! And they cover most of the iconic Deadlands characters. As an accessory to one shots, this is perfect.

An awesome bestiary for modern day horror game. Many of the monsters can certainly be used in other eras with little or no adjustments. The statblocks / abilities are well though-out and the art perfectly fits the theme. Hooks provided for each entry may help spur the imagination of many a GM.

This is an interesting combination of a unique variant of Arcane Background and a low-power item creation. I like it, it might be useful in many fantasy settings.

A very nice addition to SW rules. A well thought-out subsystem for creating all kinds of beings that help characters. It is aimed at fantasy but is ceratainly usable for other genres as well. The sample characters and companions are cool.
