Player feedback drops this to a four. Most of the encounters are weak for an average group if feats or some builds are use. Increase count of monsters, HP, or add a bonus +2 to hit for some monsters. The coin athletics check is low. My players suggest you move the coin to another part of the alley.
Drop the Still in Avernus paragraph. Just let the players know this is after the return. In the Flying Characters add a sentence at the end. "Or give the monsters a fly speed matching their movement."
I had everyone near the wall take radiant damage and increased the range every round the wall was active. My players were not going for the scripted damage each round from the rats, I threw as swarms and let them kill them. I also increase the int of feral vampires. My players loved the bonus actions depending on race of the vampires.
Excellent work on Appendix 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. Best maps I seen recently.
