Honestly this is the kind of book that you buy if you love the game or are playing in the game. It's an old PDF, so it doesn't have a formatted table of contents, so you'll be memorizing the page number on that index pretty early. That said, there aren't any other technical issues that I've found. If you enjoyed old World of Darkness system and feel the urge to play a super hero in slightly post modern day then this book will definitely help you do that.
