A selection of minor but interesting enhancements for each of the devils in the 5E Monster Manual. Note that a few of the abilities seem to stretch the limits of 5E rules (such as the Spined Devil's Reckless Dive) and others really seem like they should be raising the creature's CR (such as the pit fiend's new ability to heal itself automatically after claw attacks), so each should be added with care. But barring that and some minor formatting issues, this is a very useful product at a fair price.

This is a carefully thought-out and well-written supplement that provides useful and exciting twists to the standard set of 5E devils--the author outlines their logic in adding specific skills and abilities to make the standard devils more interesting and also more challenging (without going the usual and boring route of simply increasing HP, AC, or damage output.) These devils are given additional options that will surprise and challenge players. The layout is crisp and professional and the clip art was carefully selected and laid out well. The companion supplement Enhanced Demons is equally well done. Whether you are running a Descent into Avernus campaign, or just need a demon or devil adversary (or perhaps ally), these two supplements help breathe new life into these monsters.

I've already gotten great valie out of this supplement as I run the DiA campaign, and my players haven't even reached Avernus!

Another excellent supplement from the folks at Valeur. The expanded/intensified version of devils presented is fantastic; it elevates them from being merely more critters that bite/slash/stab to dangerous adversaries with multiple tactical options for the DM, to play them like diabolical, dangerous fiends.

All of the additional abilities fit the devils; none of them feel arbitrary or shoehorned in. Also, as the DM, you're of course free to use them as-is or use only certain added abilities.

My players will be encountering their first devils in our BG:DiA campaign this weekend, and I'll be using this to make combat memorable, epic, and unpredictable.
