What a book. I had no idea I needed this so badly until it came into my life. I'm so impressed, not just with the creativity of the project design, the art, the talent of the writing in the range of approaches to the topic, but also how tightly packed the information is per page. So many options and potential avenues are opened up by each encounter. I loved it.

For the sake balance, if I had to find some room for improvement in future volumes, the old school typeface on the grey background was a little difficult for me to read for long periods of time (dyslexia) cus of the font type and low contrast. It wasn't a huge issue but thought I'd raise the note.

The cartographer specialisation for rangers is the class I've always wanted to play without knowing it. It scales really well with level ups, arguably better than traditional Ranger sub-classes which can end up feeling a little outpaced at higher levels.

Accessible, fun and different this is an ideal companion to a dungeon master who wants a few ready-to-run one shots or arcs to add to a longer campaign.

Love the concept, and Shatter is such a nice touch!
