It's pretty, but its use is limited. The pdf includes images for tokens, but they are all included in one sheet - so enjoy pdf cut-and-paste if you actually want to use these.

This is the only product for the ALIEN RPG that I don't wholeheartedly love. I'd recommend saving your money and spending it on anything else for this awesome RPG!

Great game BAD PDF : The maps are in LOW definition, lots of jpg compression artefact... We should have a better definition.

These maps have little value in today's world of VTT. I would love to see a version of the these maps that could easily be uploaded to a VTT program like Roll20. Then they would have more utility.

I am a big fan of FL's products, but this PDF is a disaster. It consists of the map of Hadley's Hope from the corebook, a map which is available free from the FL website (as it should be) and some tokens, which, as the discussion thread points out, can't even be used as VTT.

That's it. There's nothing else. Not the pregens from the corebook. In fact, there's nothing here that shouldn't be available as free downloads from FL directly. Other companies offer pregens, maps and handouts for their starter adventures, so why does FL charge, especially given the fact they do offer the main draw, the maps, for free elsewhere? I got this in the Xmas in July sale, and I'm still annoyed at having spent any money on it at all. Very poor form, FL. Very poor indeed.

The map is excellent; I will be using it (but not the game) in an upcoming campaign. I find it odd tat it is hard to find non-Travbeller star maps, but this one is a winner.

The Alien Maps and Marker Pack contains a star map, maps of the colony Hadley's Hope, as well as markers for characters, aliens, spaceships, motion tracker contacts and actions.

Since both the star map and the plans of Hadley's Hope are also included in the rulebook, and both were designed in a way that a printout will cost a lot of toner, this extension in the PDF version makes only limited sense in my opinion.
