Simple, Clean, Thourough.
Was looking for something like this, as a person who doesn't like to just get a list of fantasy names and being told to figure out the rest as a DM this book provides:
Rules for intoxication, which are not just "you pass out after 3 strikes" or "gain exaustion", yet simple enough not to ovecomplicate things too much (imo)
Description of Alcohol, some special drinks, how "strong" it is will appropriate DCs and pricing (altho I would still love a lower options included such as a "shot" for some more heavy liquiors)
Description of Drugs, effects, side-effects, pricing etc. Complex just enough to go beyound basic things, but not overly complicated to lose track of everything
