Despite nearly character sporting an "eye" on their chest, I found this collection of unique and interesting characters to be wonderfully supportive of the actual TRUTH & JUSTICE rpg. These characters touch on very different takes of superheroes (including Captain Security - a metahuman protecting a mall [of all things!]) and is worth a look, at least, when getting acquainted with T&J.

Very good collection of superheros and an eclectic mix of powers. Most powers you will know, a few are unique. Descriptions are detailed enough you can use them in any system yet open enough for intepretation.

Lots of usable NPCs (or even player characters if you like) pre-made for you. Good examples of how to make up characters in Truth and Justice.<br><br><b>QUALITY</b>: Excellent<br><br><b>VALUE</b>: Very Satisfied<br>

A very good sourcebook for Truth and Justice, with some very neat character ideas. It also acts as a good primer for the game, showing how character generation and metapowers work out in practice. <br><br><b>LIKED</b>: Interesting concepts, well put together powers, and heck -- you can't beat the price. <br><br><b>DISLIKED</b>: HeroMachine is nifty, but damn do those characters look stiff. <br><br><b>QUALITY</b>: Very Good<br><br><b>VALUE</b>: Satisfied<br>
