Really like the idea, and for the most part the layouts. Really wish they had made more use of the larger formats that exist here in the blank cards for the pre-filled ones though, especially for the monster cards. Seems wierd to go to the trouble of creating the larger format and not using it for something like dragons or elementals that have giant blocks of text when written out word for word from the SRD that become unreadably small on the small format. There were also some oddities with some of the large format version layouts, like having 'pages' 4 and 1 one the same side with 2 and 3 on the other, when '1 and 2' could have been the front side with '3 and 4' combined into s a single larger field for the back side, which would also put 'page 1' on the left hand side where it would generally be expected.

These cards are useful for small groups. The group I am in the cards would take up too much table space. the cards provide a useful summary of a characters current status . However, I think that there are other ways for players and DM's to keep a track of current status, such as a character sheet, and a Dm crib sheet.

OK, these cards are nothing you cannot do for yourself with regular index cards. But since we all know most of us are lazy, these cards do half the work for you. You can type right into the PDF before printing the cards. Save the file and then go back and edit later if changes need to be made. Nice size lets you keep your notes need instead of a bunch of paper all over the place.

This well-laid out set of blank cards for many different purposes is a great buy for all groups - especially since it's free. The PDF uses forms, so you can type in the info and print them out. My wife used the spell cards for playing a cleric and we liked them so much we had them laminated, so she could "lay out her hand" every morning to decide which spells her cleric would pray for. A top notch product made even better by its free price. This is everything a card collection should be.

Extremely useful, and better than writing all the nonsense down on idex cards (which is what I as DM usually do).

Ya know, these are pretty darn cool. I'm impressed enough with the format of the blank ones to check out the real deal. And, the blank ones mean you can print 'em up to use for custom, house-rules spells, or for anything new you see in an expansion that you really want. Kudos!
