Ordered the POD. Great quality. Really happy with the booklet. The adventure itself is top notch!

Obviously the adventure itself is great, but this was my first time doing print-on-demand and I was very impressed by the high quality of the printing. The book is sturdy, the paper is nice and thick, the text and maps and illustrations are clear, the colours are good, it's all great. Will absolutely be doing this again.

This is probably the best adventure I've ever seen. Strong start, plenty to engage and motivate players of any type, great overall narrative, interesting villains and allies.

This is a good mid-tier adventure filled with a good variety of objectives and a 45-day timer keeps the party from getting lazy, providing a good way to give an epic finale module for an entry level campaign.

As for why I giving it a an average score is because this isn't print-on-demand. My printer could't handle printing this PDF (many blocks of texts were blurred out) so I had to go out of my to go to a printshop and get it printed into a book for nearly 7.5x the price for the PDF.

If you're playing out of your laptop, I can 100% recommend this but if you're looking to get this printed off into a book, I'd wait for this to go print-on-demand or put aside some real chump change and get it done at a print shop.

As an adventure - five stars. Very nice, great development. Like the 45 day timeline, villian up front, overall adventure...

As a PDF document - many aspects are utter garbage. I attempted to print some of the pages, they are significantly unreadable. As a PDF doc on an iPad and a 4K display, in 4K, much of the red "town stat block" text has a halo effect on it which makes the text difficult to read. None of the black text is 'dense', as one would get w/ a normal PDF doc that was printed. SO - while the adventure is awesome (Thanks to Matt Coville for his enthusiasm), the physical product is at best 2 starts.

I had such high hopes of printing out the module so I could lay the book flat, have the page text on the left and a blank sheet on the right so I could document party success - not worth the ink.

This is a truely epic campiang that will put your players up against a variety of enemies and keep the stakes high. A supurb balance of role-playing and combat, it is my favorite camapign by far.

Had a blast running this campaign, reskinned it to fit in with my current campaign but loved the detail put into it. The timeline, city details and many different encounters provided were spectacular.

A great adventure that ties in a tense deadline with heroic player characters and captures the feeling that they were responsible for stopping an army through their actions, and not because plot said so. Cities that are visited are well fleshed out, with lots of interesting NPCs that you can choose to use (or not!). Combat is appropriately epic, with each chapter featuring a new dragon (or dragon-like creature) and a new Wyrmlord, and the tension ramps up more and more each chapter before the final battle. 5/5, would recommend.

5 Stars! This is a great product both as a .pdf and as a module.

As A PDF: As a .pdf it scores big with me for high resolution graphics, cover, images, etc... Text is completely selectable, and pages have no scanning anomalies. I get the sense this is a port of their original files and not a scan of the paper product. Printing might be a small issue for some due to all color, no black and white version. Also it has 'edging' on one side of each page that would waste quite a bit of red ink. Again, not a problem for me as I will unlikely ever print.

As A Module: (Play tested with gaming group, I am DM, we are about half-way through): Wow, one of the best to come out of TSR in a long time. Well crafted adventure that themes on the idea of a large goblin invasion of a small vale. The vale itself is well described and is easily inserted into most campaigns as it is relatively self-contained. It is a solid 'DnD' feeling module.

It had a good logical flow and my players naturally chose the directions the module intended. It is very easy to add your own quirks and twists within the campaign. It not only has smart encounters, but most encounters have a nice twist of either terrain, unique monster traits, etc., that kept encounters interesting. Played straight out of the module, my players generally have had no problem surviving to date and truly seem to be enjoying themselves.

If you are in doubt, press order. I assure you that you will not be disappointed. Check other reviews on Amazon.com or Enworld.org if you are still waffling.

This is a great .pdf of an excellent adventure. I highly recommend this product.
