Fantastic Stats! My players just arrived at Sigil and I have this ready for them. An excellent implementation of the original 2E monster, much much better than the current 5E version of the rats. Thank you for making it!

You are welcome. Warning ... its a bit crunchy and much learning has occurred after I wrote this :) But yes the current 5E swarm of cranium rats is but a shadow of their 2E glory.
