the spell used by the melenti to escape takes 1 minute to cast. as writen the players have to stand there and watch the murderer get away. I have never had to railraod players so much im a mod. also finished, with bonus objectives in under 3 hours.

I don't enjoy the way the new mods are written. This was the best of the trilogy because I can roleplay the hell out of vamps lol. If not for that Iwould be just as lost as I was with the other 2. Please bring back text blocks for those of us that need them. I'm losing my intrest in DM'img AL with each new mod I buy/run.

So much extra prep is required to run these mods efficiently, compared to previous seasons. I wouldn't enjoy playing in this mod if the DM didn't prep enough. They don't give the tools for me to be sucessful as a DM anymore. I am not a writer, so I don't enjoy havng to make so much up for the mod to make sense to my players. Better than 08-04 due to the puzzles.

I'm so lost with this seasons mods. This mod was the worst so far. I reachedout to the authour on facebook for guidance and got no response in a thread she had posted in previously. My players had no idea what they were looking for and were very hesitant too just start asking if people have seen anything specious, when they didn't know what they were looking for. I know a lot of that is on me but not everyone has the ability to write, thats what authors are for. Please bring back the old format.

I think taking out the text boxes was a bad decision. I am not a writer, which is why I buy pre-writen mods. Not a fan of the extra prep work required to run these. I prefer the way it always has been and the way it is in the hardcovers, where it's up to the DM to paraphrase the text box if they want to be creative. I fumbled through the exploration pilar of the mod as I wasn't sure how a lot of it was intended to be described.
