A great release from the Guild Adepts program, I've used this a bunch since I bought it. My only regret is that I would legitimately love a release like this for the PHB subclasses too, what I especially like is the way it gives each subclass and statblock a place within the world of the Forgotten Realms, sometimes drawing on little forgotten bits of obscure lore. It helps me to ground them and decide when to use them. If you want a bunch of NPC statblocks to drop into your game, this is a great resource.

What a fantastic supplement for 5e! Everything is laid out the way you've come to expect, for easy at-a-glance comprehension. The art is carefully chosen and the layout looks great.

You'll find these NPCs a welcome resource for your table. The names and descriptions are specific, but easily changed for your homebrew campaign if necessary. I don't DM in a WoTC world, but I know my grognard players will be glad to see this new blood in our adventures. We all know it's those stat blocks that we crave in the heat of battle. And I suspect the descriptions contained herein will inspire your worldbuilding.

Worth every penny. This is what 3rd party supplements should cost, and the quality they should represent. Give these guys your dollars.

There is some great stuff in this resource for spicing up Waterdeep adventures and beyond. Perhaps underrated or overlooked is that the lore contained for these new friends or foes can easily be extracted by players to create characters with backgrounds firmly rooted in the Forgotten Realms. In essence, it has elements that expands on the SCAG. Highly recommend!
