There are two main sections to this product, which focuses on the titular spell. The first fleshes out the interior of the Mansion, with descriptions of the rooms and servants (to include a full menu for the banquet and Mordenkainen's personal tolietries), as well as suggestions for how to abuse the spell's capabilities. The second is a silly mini-adventure, in which the servants of the Mansion (revealed to be assorted celestials and fiends, to include some from Ravnica) rebel and take the place over. If you're looking for a professional-grade serious resource you will likely be disappointed, but if you want some lighthearted amateur fun - and don't mind minor issues like typos or unlabeled maps - this should entertain.

Looks like a lot of fun and a good little encounter. I hope I get to use this some day.
