Very smooth to follow! I used roll20 to handle the character sheet and for the rolls, and once the setup was done I could complete it in 2 hours.
I have the feeling that despite me completing the quest, there is a lot of content that I skipped through choice or roll outcome, so I can definitely sense a great replayability there !
Will try again soon with another character !
Thanks a lot for this great content.

We're so glad that you enjoyed the adventure! Using Roll20 or Fantasy Grounds definitely helps make running the story a breeze. I hope you're able to play it again and find some new fun paths. Playing it with a group also can provide very different and unique outcomes! :) |

Beautiful set of equipment cards, comes with individual images and ready-to-print sheets.
They were intended for a Kickstarter that didn't meet its public despite the quality, so I'm thankful to the author for deciding to put them here regardless !

The dad of one of my players suddenly shown interest in playing D&D with us. I had these pregenerated sheets at hand, he selected one in 2-3 minutes, read it along with me in another 2-3 minutes, and he was all set !
That's the magic I was hoping for :-)
Thanks Merric !

All the module happens underwater, but it does it with style : a player handout containing a summary of the underwater fighting rules, so no need to go and find the information somewhere else !
Some parts in the middle lack some content (for example, it drops you underwater without a map and you're supposed to ask the player to start searching for clues, that you know don't exist here)
But this series is well designed overall, and this module fits well in the series.

Creative/tactical players have an opportunity to shine here. The module let the party aumbush a Huge bird, that led to some interesting shenanigans when I ran it !

Interesting combat scenes, especially the last fight against the 2 sisters who can see players coming from far away. It also gives observant players an opportunity to save the party some trouble.

Very good NPC selection in the 1st half, happening in a tavern, and that gives some opportunity to fun roleplaying.
Easy to fit in 2 hours since you can decide to cut to the 2nd half at any time.

A yet unseen scenario ! Very good surprise to find out what happened in this module, and players had the same enjoyment to discover it along.
There are quite a number of monsters in the last scene, so depending on the players' tactic they may end up outnumbered.

I had to skip some encounters or render some of them easier due to time constraints to be able to fit in 4 hours. It had the drawback to yield an easier module than estimated, so if you need to fit in 4 hours as well you might rather raise the difficulty of the fights you won't skip.
The flow of the module is linear, but offers various types of landscape, so if feels nice to follow along.

Very good introduction to the story line. It takes a little more than 2 hours to run it, but if you push to 3 hours you have enough time to run the bonus objective.
There is a chance to give players inspiration if they decide to save/protect/heal the NPCs despite it not being critical to the story.
Think of raising the difficulty if there is one ore more cleric in the party, as they tend to get rid of undeads a bit too easily.

Selected this module for my first as a DM, and was really happy to do so. Very easy to follow for a DM, and contains an unexpected happening for the players !
My players enjoyed it and although they were faced with challenge they could manage to face it properly.
Will run it again for sure. It's also nice that some relevant background about deities are included in the module, to save me some time looking for that information.
Slight complain I would make is that the provided maps are too small, so my ranged players had to find tricks to notify me at which distance they were after running off the map to outrange their foes.
