I purchased it almost only for the setting. And it was worth the bucks. After the great nuclear war the Earth has changed and there are saved humans, mutants, evolved animals, robots and many weird technical things for the player to get. You can play an mixed group or an specific group which leads to different adventures. The rules are not my favored example for leading a game, but managable.
