This River Kingdoms adventure guide was filled with some hidden gems, like a couple of races "Boggards" and Fey-touched, and a new deity added to the list as well.
The Adventure Guide is well done, giving you several maps of some settlement as well as the intrigue for several nobles houses in the area.
This was indefinably good buy! The Fey-touched bloodlines was great and would love to see more, glad this was set using the PF1E rules too!

Not only do you get a new goddess to use, but a bunch of new and updated Domains for your divine casters. New Divine Domains always add an extra flavor to the cleric, druid/shaman, and war priests in which you have some new combination of spells and abilities to use with your chosen deity.
With Amazon & Valkyries they have suggestion for most of the pantheons they have presented thus for, and some ideas for deities beyond the campaign such as the Aztec, Hindi, and Japanese pantheons (would love a list covering those pantheons since there is sparse support/material on those cultures available...cough ...cough).

A nice mix of races, classes, and items from the "Final Fantasy" series. The Knights of the round is an interesting class, but did like the "Moogle" and gunblades. Hopefully there are more Contact Other Planes volumes coming out, "World of Final Adventures" & "World of Old Scrolls", definitely have a lot of things to translate to PF1. OBW is doing a fine job of bringing new options.

This product collects the current Read Magic spells as to date, and add even more new spells! Not only does it have spell list for the stand PF1E classes, but also includes spells for the Occult Classes as well. Not to mention ones for the Death Mage, Lathspell, and White Necromancer.
Glad that some of the ideas from 5E and PF2 can be translated and flavored for PF1.
So far every products from OBP has been very useful, and glad that they are adapting some wonderful things in the Contact Other Plane series. It is great to see support for PF1E remaining strong. Crossing my fingers for Arcane Schools and Focused Schools, and perhaps expanding on Patrons for Witches..... like 5E Warlocks have.

Hey there! Thanks for the awesome review! We here at OBP love PF1E and love creating more fun options for us to use as well as other people. If you're looking for expanded patron effects for the witch ala the 5e Warlock. Take a look at the Legendary Witch published by Legendary Witch, you might notice some familiar names in the authors of that book :). |

Over the years there have bee a few attempts to make ESO material for 3E and 5E D&D. It is a rich world with some unique items to bring on over to the TTRPG. I was super excited to see this out, it has a good mix of things as options for monsters and spells. I was really happy that Soul Gems were discussed, as I came across one 3E D20 mechanic lost that presented that option as well.
The conversions here from popular other works is great. I really hope to see more of the "World of the Old Scrolls" as there is so much one can add to the fun for Pathfinder 1E

As usual, top notch ideas from Alluria. As a long time RPG fan it is nice to see the other dragons that have popped up over the years and faded into obscurity. We get updated dragons for PF1, and even a new deity. Plus it was a great extra to include Kobold tribes. Half-Dragon/Draconic Bloodline sorcerers didn't get any "breath weapon" options, but you can come up with something based upon previous rules.
Here hoping they also do the lost "Metallic" dragons as well.

This is a 20-Base class. Plenty of spell options, monster template, and new cleric domain. Your spellcaster will never go hungry with this class.... plus playing with cheese offers so many options...especially with low level characters and the usually deadly rats we have to fight at first level.

If you are looking for a great art book, gods and goddesses does supply you with stunning art. As far as a game book, it does provide some information on overlooked poweres and the deity's stats as well. The 5E edition presents domains associated with these gods,
sadly this pathfinder version only has the STATS for the given deity, three new spells, and a few magical items and artifacts.
If you were hopiong for some domains..... don't hold your breath.

The artwork is awesome, and this product gives some great options for Oracles. AvV is a great campaign setting that does offer a nice slice of historical fantasy. Hopefully the other 5E books get translated to add more to the PFE1 stuff.
So far the charcter archetypes are a great way to fleshout the followers out the powers

This campaign setting has always been a great resource for Greek and Norse Mythos, really happy they included a new PF1E product. You get a great couple of classes dedicated to Demeter, as well as support for thye Oracle, Cleric, and Warpriests with new domains and mysteries.
Really hoping to see more PF1E support... as the setting is great!

Thank you for this great review! I'm happy to say that there are two more titles like this coming tomorrow! We decided to do this update of the PF1 rules because there continues to be strong interest in this version of the AvV setting. As long as that continues, we will continue to develop the PF1 rules. Thanks again! |

One of the great things with Black Tokyo Otherverse America, and Heavy Future ia that they are a great resource for modern and sci-fi rpgs. This was before Starfinder and built on D20 Modern, but fits in comfortably
with Pathfinder 1E. The Campaign Settings is massive, but has plenty of options..... from races to spells.. to modern deities. This particular books focus's on spells and magical items concerning the Otherverse/Heavy Future
era Lifers and Anti-abotionists, but there are plenty of spells that can be used by everyone here.
As I mentioned, in the discussions tab... the pdf currently is wonky... with a two page spread that cannot be changed in adobe which make its hard to read. Other than that one thing... this books is great.

As usual another top notch product. Although the product focus's on one creature, there are some surprise inside regarding power componets and addition natural items (harvested parts) from various creatures.
Nor only do they juat have a creature you can encounter, but give some good reason why as it can be valuable or useful to players (harvested items). Too bad this trend did not catch on sooner, as it add some flavor to why some hunt creatures and gives more flavor to magic (item creation and spells).

As usual another great collection of Pathfinder 1E content. Thank you for the continued support of PF1E. So many nice options for 1E, and really liked the "Black Leaf" class!
Hopefully later down the line we see more support, as there are probably alot more options with the spellbooks. Looking forward to next year's 2023 collection.

This campiagn setting setting has a lot o heart to it. It has some great idea in spells and a story that in intriguing that it is based around the adventure of a group of Outcasts who became gods. There is a lot of good 3E DND presitage classes and options to use. Keep in mind some of this does translate well to Pathfinder 1E if you are looking for more inspiration.

This is rather unfair, as I have the previous Adevntures in Middle-Earth to compare this revised edition too. The previous edition did a really great job at describing the people and lands of Middle Earth, and the looming conflict with the Shadow of Mordor. I did purchase the first two books, and I am underwhelmed and somewhat dissapointed. It is rather hard again, to have a revised edition.... the artwork is its own style.... but it lacks the vibrancy the previous series had. The feel and themes are the same.... but this one seems bland. Unlike the prevous edition, the numbers of race options are reduced... staying within the western kingdoms. Three of the classes seem unchanged much, but the others such are different. I am not a publisher, just a consumer.... but given the fact that this is a revised/rebooted system... perhaps concentrate more on new/unpublished material. Like Moria that so many of us are waiting for. I know it gonna be hard, giving that the Lord of the Rings as an RPG has a ton of older material written out that somes up many things. Alot of the ground work has already been laid....retreading on it seems well...not worth my time or money. I am hoping that the series starts heading into this direction of new or underdevloped territory , especially since the IP has had a seriously blow....
