Whenever the mood strikes to think about dinosaurs (a couple times a year) I end up running a session of Dark Park. It's a lot of fun and if anything I wish it were longer if only to include Rodrigo Vega's incredible artwork.

I really appreciate the ruleset bringing the spy genre to life and the generators are a ton of fun to play around with to get ideas for your plotlines. The games I've run have been rooted in the pulpiest of Bond stories but once the players got involved they quickly switched over to an Austin Powers fiasco. The game is wonderfully flexible enough to handle anything the spy genre has to offer. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is the inclusion of AI art, I understand the first edition had traditional illustrations? I don't know why you'd go a step down to shiny AI slop.

I've dm'd this a couple of times now both in public and private and I think it's fascinating to see how it's played by my close friends who have been gaming together for years vs. strangers who are kind of on their best behavior in public. I was very reticent to bring it to strangers but I think it gave the social politics so much more power because it was all so impersonal as to who was getting boons, based entirely on how well they were playing with others. I could see how it could have easily gone wrong but I was delighted in its success.

I am just slightly younger than the generation where text adventures were big news which means running this game for my friends turns into a kind of obtuse torture. A really rewarding experience all around.

Alice Is Missing: A Silent Roleplaying Game
Publisher: Hunters Entertainment

This was a really neat experience for a small group to play. I ended up running it a a game cafe which meant that I didn't have music available but I still think we all immediately got sucked into the game. My only gripe is that the physical game is much better quality that what could be mustered for the digital edition. I wish there were more official digital tools available or the PDF price were lower to compensate. That being said I do like this enough that I purchased this edition and a physical copy as well.

I've run dread more often than probably any other game on my shelf. I've found that capturing horror atmosphere at the table is incredibly difficult but the tower makes it easy for players to play scared characters because they are genuinely worried about that dang tower.

I've run this multiple times and find it the perfect game for spooky investigations. It has become a favorite CoC alternative for my rules light players.

I would love to see an expansion for different time settings. I've homebrewed my own but would be happy for an excuse to give this game more money.

I generally gravitate to rules light systems but I had the opportunity to playtest this as a GM and had a lot of fun. In particular the tick system for combat was a very refreshing update for crunchier games. Very interested in following Anders' progress as it is a neat system in a rich world.
