Another excellent supplement from the folks at Valeur. The expanded/intensified version of devils presented is fantastic; it elevates them from being merely more critters that bite/slash/stab to dangerous adversaries with multiple tactical options for the DM, to play them like diabolical, dangerous fiends.

All of the additional abilities fit the devils; none of them feel arbitrary or shoehorned in. Also, as the DM, you're of course free to use them as-is or use only certain added abilities.

My players will be encountering their first devils in our BG:DiA campaign this weekend, and I'll be using this to make combat memorable, epic, and unpredictable.

An excellently written and constructed adventure. I really like that it contains notes on how to incorporate it into Descent into Avernus or run it as a stand alone. It's fairly combat-heavy but rewards stalwart groups with XP, gold, and magic. One aspect I like is that it's suitably creepy and even a bit scary, which makes it a seamless addition or replacement for official content.

Frankly, I think this is as good (or even better) than some of the content in the official adventure. I plan on using it with my group. Highly recommended.

Fantastic supplement with practical, balanced suggestions and options for running BG:DiA. Well written, clearly formatted, and easily applicable content will give any DM wanting to run this adventure plenty of guidance and ideas for customizing it for their group of players.

Comes with colorized versions of the official maps, DM and player versions. I happen to love the more spare, B/W versions that come with the adventure, but these are great for groups that prefer maps with color and texture.

The monster stat appendices are really handy, too, grouping the critters by location, making them great reference content for DMs as the players go from place to place.

Highly recommended for anyone running BG:DiA. Can't wait to use the additional resources from this publisher for the rest of the adventure.

Excellent, eminently playable supplement. Loaded with atmosphere and imagination, this can be dropped easily into just about any game or campaign. The Library can function either as a brief side-quest or visit or be expanded into the site for a full adventure.

Would love to see a 5E conversion for the monsters, but that's a minor quibble. Tons to love here, and makes a great addition to any DMs toolkit.
