Bishkinskyi doese better than Wizzards would have. He incorporated a good amount of Eberron flavor into charicters with deccent builds. I use them myself for my new players.

Although an interestingand exciting concept. Eberron as a rule does not use steam power. It is not stem punk. They use applied arcana. Therefore, where this culture we live in applied science and technology to solve problems in Eberron they used magic. This would not develop in Eberron. Please rewrite it using applied acrcana.
