This module is worth the money. It's short and straightforward, but I was able to use one of the story seeds it contained, and my players wound up having a great time!

I ran this today and it was very well received. I had a party that was made up of new players and more experienced players. It was simple enough and was run in about 4 hours. All in all, an excellent purchase. I would love to see more of these little scenarios but the author.

Not bad.

Over all not too bad. For the price, you get about what you paid for. A nice story hook that's beyond a simple paragraph. It's actually about 2 pages of material. Nice hook. The 'why's are not explained too much, but are more or less left up to the Storyteller. This isn't a horrible thing. It lets you have some options but leaves it a little open ended for some people's tastes.

The concept was a decent one.

Thing is the 'title' doesn't really fit the product. There's a mention of O'Tolley's but it's not the actual thrust of the story, and is only tagently connected to the story. I may have gone with something like "The Organic Plague" or something. I'm a big fan of O'Tolley's so I'd hoped for... well More O'Tolley's I suppose. Not quite a bait and switch, but I feel that the title is a touch misleading.

Again this isn't horrible. It's not a bad product. I'd have given about 2.5 if that was an option. The writing could be polished a bit, but there's nothing too glaring. For a buck, it's decent. I've gotten some stuff from the Storyteller's vault that is far below this in quality. And.. some a bit above. Nice middle ground here. Worth the .74 or 99 cent to buy.

These types of titles represent great investment for any Storyteller, and can easily be used to spawn entire chronicles. The format follows that a story seed is presented, some steps and avenues for exploration and (in some cases) resolutions are suggested, and then relevant statistics are provided for adversaries. In this title, the Pentex subsidiary O'Tolley's appears to be at the centre of an incident involving the Sept and it falls upon the Pack to investigate the sinister goings-on. Overall, the layout is very professional, clear attention to detail, and a strong writing style that demonstrates a great grasp of Werewolf: the Apocalypse. You can tell that the author has put a lot of thought into the logical flow of information, and with a little work, any Storyteller could adapt this to their table. It represents excellent value for money, and I'm keen to check out the rest of the range. Highly recommended.
