The Good
I was won over by this title by the 3rd page, which goes into hilarious detail about embarrassing tattoos. By far the best part of this product are the plot hooks centered around the misadventures a band of drunken adventurers might get themselves into. I found myself spinning adventures out of those before I'd even finished reading. The subject is handled with grace and humour, and it's nice to see a supplement focusing on adventurers at leisure, rather than gloom and doom. There are some fun (if niche) magic items, and even a shanty, if that's up your alley.
The Bad
The rest of the document is largely dedicated to optional drinking mechanics, in case your group is particularly invested in getting smashed on a regular basis. I don't foresee any but the drunkest of dwarven drunken monks needing an entire feat for it, so mileage may vary on that one.
Overall, this is a very fun exploration of a hard-to-tackle subject. I enjoyed this so much, I wasn't even bothered by the odd proofing error, which I'm sure will be seen to. Kudos to the author.
