I finally managed to start running my Xen'drik games and this book has been incredibly helpful with its very concise information on what my players could face. It does not replace 3.5's Secrets of Xen'drik but it's extremely useful for getting going with ideas and encounters without having to wade through oceans of text.

I have been a fan of Anthony Turco for some time from his website and his posts on the Eberron Enthusiasts Facebook group. He has never disappointed in his updating of Eberron game material to 5E. In his latest offer, The Korranberg Chronicle: Xen'drik Advisory, Anthony gives us a wide array of monsters and foes to fill our adventures on the mysterious continent of Xen'drik. Whether it is the Bilge Rats of Stormreach, the shadowy drow of the jungles, to legendary monsters lost to time, Anthony has you covered.

This 40 page supplement begins with a bit a fiction from Matthew Booth another regular of the Eberron Enthusiasts group, then into a short introduction of Xen'drik and the City of Stormreach. Next comes a section on criminal activity in the City of Stormreach with statblooks for 2 organizations the Bilge Rats and Stormreaches branch of the Order of The Emerald claw.

The next section is my favorite and covers Eberrons version of the Drow. This section contains statblocks for Vulkoori, The Sulatar, and The Umbragen tribes. Each with a distinct culture and feel. The next section describes Extraodinary Threats to the City of Stormreach herself. My favorite of this section is Kraa'ark Lors, King of the Rocs an imotortal Roc that views Stormreach as a cancer to the majestic wilderness of Xen'drik. The next section covers monsters and beasts of legend in the jungles, are your players able to track down these legandary beasts?

Next we have the lost civilization of the Abeil Hive empire, a humonoid bee race. The Scorrow are next and these are some of my favorite natives of Xen'Drik think of them as driders but half scorpian instead of spider, Anthony gives us 2 statblocks. Since Xen'drik is the ancient homeland of the elves of Eberron we get a number Valenar Elves statblocks. The book ends with Wild Encounters, an assorted group of different creatures, and monsters native to Xen'drik.

This is a must have for anyone wanting to run a Campaign in Xen'drik.

I've foud this to be very useful. I'm new to the Eberron setting. The included lore and monster descriptions have helped me understand the setting. Plus - it's new monsters which could be used in any campaign!

Just as fantastic as the Threat Dispatch of the same author. Having valenar in the book was strange as they are not in xen'drik but all the other creature are interesting, theres even a whole list of creatures from 5e monster manuals that are in Xen'drik and it's so damn useful. such a shame DMsG doesn't have that big of an art variety (not even troll art??) or this would've been amazing. absolutly not a reason to rate it down however as the descriptions are vivid. the layout of the product is great, complete with useful indexes and the classic Eberron look

A fantastic and much needed piece for Xen'drik, a must buy if you are returning to Eberron for 5e for alongside fresh new statblocks it also offers advice on what monsters and in what material they can found and where they should be used.

It is obvious a lot of time and dedication went into the forging of this piece and I hope you will enjoy it just as much as I have.
