Adds a good assortment of monsters useful for Eberron games. Between this book and the Monster Manual I feel like I could run Eberron games without homebrewing any creatures (though I do anyway).

I cannot imagine planning an Eberron campaign without this book!
Very helpful and extensive.

Digging through 3.5e and 4e books for Eberron content is all well and good for lore but thank goodness this exists for running my own things in 5e. Everything is sorted very usefully by context that they'd appear in. The art and the descriptions to base the villains on for my Eberron are very useful. While I've yet to have the chance to actually run my adventures and I will be referring to this book to figure out how to present my villains and regional threats.

I LOVE THIS!!! Seriously though, I have been painstakingly making my mosters from Ebberon through a lot of weird hoodoo and sheer will . You have transformed these lovely creatures from 3.5 into 5e. Most marvelous!!!!

This is an amazing introduction the Korranberg Chronicle series of products. So helpful, so insightful, and the Pay What you Want lets people like me, inbetween paychecks, grab it on the cheap. Just make sure you come back on Payday and throw down to your hearts content (if you're in a spot to do so)

I enjoy this book, as well as Novaseaker's other works, enough to log in here and write a review
This seems pointless and trivial to say, but i despise DMsG with a PASSION.
5 stars

a nicely balanced book, very high quality. if im being honest, i only got it for the daelkyr and symbiont section. the feel of those things was captured excellently, but i was disappointed with the choices made when it came to the symbionts(penalties are pretty extreme for what you get) and especially Orlassk (id slap alot more stuff onto him). but overall, its an extremely well done and balanced book, the rest of the book more than made up for thenbits i didnt like - plus i can always change it for my games eh?. highly recommend getting it

Hi Joe! Thanks for your review!
So the symbionts aren't necessarily meant to be used by most players. The reduction in maximum hit points is intended to make players just as squeamish about using them as their characters might be attaching them to their bodies! (I do, however, have plans to release a the Daelkyr Half-Blood player race, who can use symbionts without reducing their maximum hit points. Look forward to it in a future Korranberg Chronicle product!)
As for Orlassk, believe me, I wanted to put more too! I was running out of space on the page! lol
I'm glad you enjoyed the rest of the book. Happy gaming! |

I picked this up PWYW for free to check it out. It came recommended by someone on Google+ who was familiar with the author's work. WOW! This is a fantastic book. Not just the stat blocks for the monsters but the story elements included are a great resource.
Get this book and give this author some money!

This dude's work is well thought out. It is obvious he spent a lot of time to detail and has a passion for Eberron. I will purchase his products again!

I have been using the materials in this product since before it came on sale on DMGuild and I have no qualms spending ten dollars to pay for the wonderful work I've been using. The sheer amount and quality of work that has been put into this book is nothing short of astounding. To any DM looking to run their own Eberron game right now, Turco's work is highly recommended, if not indispensible.

This product is an extremely well done and one that any Dungeon Master would be glad to have in their collection. I don't just mean for a DMs Guild product either. There are a plethora of Eberron specific beasties to challenge your party with, from basic dinosaurs to legendary creatures with a great amount of information for each one carried over from previous editions.

This is a great collection of 3.5 Eberron-exclusive monsters which work well in other settings. Included are the Lords of Aberrations, the Daelkyr; variant rakshasas, symbiotes and constructs, and horrid animals bred by druids to fight aberrations. And, a never-before-statted monster, the tribex. An essential buy for anyone who's considering an Eberron campaign, or someone who wants a few extra monsters that could surprise their players.
And it happens to include some of my writing, but that's beside the point. :P
