The Korranberg Chronicle: Nightmare on the Mournland Express
Publisher: Dungeon Masters Guild
by Amer A. [Verified Purchaser]

Can't wait to run it. The classic ghost train story meets Fantasy in a way that only Eberron can do. And it totally doesnt feel out of place as its baked into the lore of the setting. The descriptions are well fleshed out and the nightmare token system is intriguing. definintely worth buying

The Korranberg Chronicle: Xen'drik Advisory

Just as fantastic as the Threat Dispatch of the same author. Having valenar in the book was strange as they are not in xen'drik but all the other creature are interesting, theres even a whole list of creatures from 5e monster manuals that are in Xen'drik and it's so damn useful. such a shame DMsG doesn't have that big of an art variety (not even troll art??) or this would've been amazing. absolutly not a reason to rate it down however as the descriptions are vivid. the layout of the product is great, complete with useful indexes and the classic Eberron look

Hi Amer! Thank you for your review! I hear you on the art. There was so much I would have liked to include. I'm a decent hand at photoediting software, so I was hoping to get an image of a troll and 'shop it to look like it had oil-slick skin, for Mulraargo, but couldn't even find a base image! As for the Valenar, I wanted to include them as soon as I could after doing the Valenar Mounts in Threat Dispatch, and, well, their Tairnadal ancestors are from Xen'drik! So I figured, why wait, I can put them here. I appreciate you giving me 5 stars despite these critiques, though! Happy Gaming!

Warlocks of Eberron: Pacts of the Dragons

Really flavourful. Perfectly explains how they fit into the world of Eberron and what ways you could be getting the pact. The Enemies and Allies section is incredibly useful to the player when choosing the pact an the DM for making the campaign interesting, wish all warlock pacts had something similar! The fact that the author also made their own art for all the pacts shows the ammount of love they put into this. Highly recommend

A+ supplement. Monster making are the most time consuming aspects of prepping old settings and this takes a huge load off. Interesting mechanics with great balance. The art is great considering the DMsGuild limitations and the size of this supplement is MASSIVE. worth every penny

Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron (5e)

Could've been prettier aesthetically, and still needs to be proof-read for many small issues that make it look very unprofessional. Some balance issues are weirdly very apparent, like the Revenant Blade. Weilding a double scimitar with the revenant blade feat gives you the benefit of the Dual Weilder feat AND the Two Weapon Fighting fighting style, and does more damage than weilding two d8 weapons.

Otherwise a very nice book with really interesting mechanics and nicer fluff. in a few editions I reckon this could be worth 5 stars
