Seems pretty well thought out, but these weapons are quite powerful, and I could not see more than one in use without game balance issues. Definitely for Heroic high level games it provides an excellent way to classify these weapons.

I think this is one of my absolute favorite Savage Worlds supplements, at any price! It's really well done, and is a very interesting tool for designing magic weapons.
