I've purchased Clipart critters 11 and 15 and have used both in my products. This one in particular really gave me a dark feeling and I think it worked well for the story I had written. I'm a fan of black and white, grayscale, and line art style of drawings and I'll probably continue to purchase these one-off pieces occasionally as they suite my needs.

I took a chance with this product and found some interesting artwork. i don't know how well I'd be able to fit it into something as a focal point, but the drawings would work well as subtle page enhancements. I have seen some of the other products from The Forge on here and I may purchase them, though I think I will wait for them to go on sale as the price is a bit higher than other similar artwork on here.

I really enjoy Octavirate's art and have used there work in almost all of my pieces. I've purchased their stock art collections 1 through 11 and while I haven't used all of it, I'm always impressed with their line art, black and white style. it's easy to work with and blend into my documents. I'll definitely continue to support them by purchasing their stock collections.

From looking at the covers of this series I felt they would be a good investment for artwork. However, only the covers are beautifully illustrated and colored, the interiors are black and white - which would be fine, however the actual drawing skill used is very broad. There are some pieces which are very good and some that in my opinion are very amateur. I think for the price there are some better artist series out there, but if you're looking for a mix of styles this isn't necessarily a bad way to go.
